thought this was beautiful and bittersweet. I hear there were fans who didn't approve? If one thing is absolutely missing in tv these days it's Got to be depth! Marcus,bless his heart is sooooo tremendously fucked up from childhood that his entire life has been this desperate search for his identity. The church stripped him of his collar/priesthood so this is NOT a priest kissing another man. It's an Exorcist kissing another man! The only thing Marcus knows for sure is his CALLING! That's to be an Exorcist. This may just have been a case of a wrong place wrong time relationship and thats what is so sad. What we DO KNOW is that Tomas is absolutely not homosexual that's what makes their partnership work. There's no chemistry. What a shame we have invested 2 seasons watching,getting to know these characters only to have the plug pulled and it cancelled 😢

"Just have a drink and you'll feel better." would no doubt be *Lucifer's* approach to Laurel Lance; in its mobster persona- beware someone, nay, *anyone* who says "just do it and you'll feel better." or any such line. As it basically did all those presumably millions of years ago in Eden to Adam and Eve according to legend., it operated as a mobster selling drugs: "Take this and put it into yourself and you'll feel better." summarizes its line all too well; so while their acting up was the same way her pal, Mia, did regarding talking to the devil, in Mia Smoak's case: she would actually *be* a witch/occultist by that time, as she knew who she was talking to and took its favor, yet Eve had no possible way to even know that evil seraphim alien even *existed* let alone who/what she was talking to.
